Hudson and Packard is amazing. We’ve been here at least 10 times. Always great. My girlfriend and I cannot get enough of this place. 1. The Pizza. Crispy crust, great flavor, awesome toppings. They offer half and half for toppings and Gluten free for those who want it. The ambassador is our favorite, and the fungi is second. But all their options are insanely good. You have to try them all. 2. Wings. Actually the best wings I’ve ever had. They are crispy but juicy and smothered in buffalo sauce. The Blue Cheese and Ranch are made in house. I prefer Blue Cheese in general but it’s always fantastic. Even with the pizza. 3. Service. Always attentive, kind and helpful. Staff is very nice people and hard working. Things to note. It’s a small place. Get there early for dinner time as people will make reservations and have larger parties in the center big table. They become very busy. It’s a very popular spot. And lastly these are pan pizzas so they take longer to cook so be prepared to chill for a bit, GET the Wings !! And enjoy them while your pizza is made. 10/10.

I ordered the PYT. it was amazing. The sweetness from the balsamic with pesto and fresh tomato was perfect. My husband got the Cutless and loves the flavors.

Wow, I'm from New York so obviously some of the best pizza in the world is in our veins, but man, this is outstanding as a different style of pie. They advertise it as a Detroit style. It reminds me of a sicilian or deep dish. Make your own pizza with a chef's way topping! You won't be disappointed! The pesto is homemade! The food is a little pricey compared to a traditional NY pie but it's more of a specialty and it is phenomenal so it's worth it. The salad is massive for the price and it's certainly a great buy. This place is highly recommended!!

Food was incredible! The pizza was so flavorful and delicious. The wings very crispy and juicy. Highly recommend getting the hot honey on the side with the pizza. It was a perfect extra topping to the Ford Funghi Pizza.

The Detroit style pizza at Hudson & Packard cannot be compared to a regular pizza restaurant. This place is making individual masterpieces. You can order one of their unique deep dish style pizzas or build your own. You have many options to chose from. Now the pizza itself is delicious and the crusts are amazing. The ingredients are the freshest you will find anywhere. Please stop by if you are in Poughkeepsie, NY.
